If your pin code is not serviceable by our courier partners, you will be notified at checkout and your order will not be accepted for that address.

Delivery timelines are estimates in business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays):

Order Processing
Understanding our processing schedule helps you plan better:
- Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, between 10 AM and 5 PM IST
- Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the following business day
- Processing is paused on Sundays and all national public holidays
- During festive seasons, expect 1–2 additional business days for processing
- Customised or personalised items may require an additional 2–3 days before dispatch
- You will receive a dispatch confirmation with a tracking number once your order ships
⚡ Same-Day Dispatch
Place your order before 12 PM (noon), Monday to Friday, and we’ll dispatch it the same day — applicable to metro cities and subject to stock availability.
Order Tracking
Tracking your order is quick and easy:
- A tracking link will be sent to your registered email and mobile number once your order is dispatched
- Use the “Track Order” page on our website and enter your order number or AWB number
- You can also track directly on the courier partner’s website using the AWB/tracking number provided
- Tracking details become active within 24–48 hours of dispatch
- Real-time updates will be sent via SMS and email at each key delivery milestone
Failed Delivery & Re-Delivery
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, here is what happens:
- The courier will make up to 3 delivery attempts over consecutive business days
- If all attempts fail, the package will be returned to our warehouse (RTO — Return to Origin)
- You will be notified and offered a re-delivery at an additional shipping charge
- We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by an incorrect address provided at checkout
- If a delivery is deemed unserviceable, the order will be cancelled and a full refund issued
- To reschedule a delivery, please contact the courier partner directly using the tracking number provided
Items Damaged in Transit
We take great care in packaging your orders. However, if your item arrives damaged:
- Do not accept a visibly damaged or tampered package from the delivery agent
- If damage is discovered after opening, photograph the item and packaging immediately
- Report the issue to us within 48 hours of delivery at support@yourstore.com
- Include your order number, photos, and a brief description of the damage
- We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice
⚠️ Important
Claims for transit damage reported after 48 hours of delivery cannot be processed. Please inspect your package promptly upon receipt.
