Partial refund or store credit; shipping charges may be deducted

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety, or nature-of-product reasons:
  • Perishable goods — food items, flowers, and other consumables
  • Digital products — once downloaded or accessed
  • Intimate or hygiene products — innerwear, opened cosmetics, personal care items
  • Customised or personalised products made to order
  • Items clearly marked as “Final Sale” or sold during clearance events
  • Gift cards and store vouchers
All third-party partners are required to adhere to our strict data protection standards.

How to Request a Refund

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or refund request:
  • Step 1: Contact us within 7 days of delivery via email or phone with your order number
  • Step 2: Share photographs of the item clearly showing the issue or damage
  • Step 3: Our team will review and respond within 24–48 business hours
  • Step 4: If approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged at no cost to you
  • Step 5: Once the item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed

Please do not return items without prior approval from our team. Unapproved returns will not be accepted and may not be eligible for a refund.

Once a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back as follows:

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please follow these steps:
  • Do not use or discard the item
  • Take clear photographs of the item and its packaging immediately upon receipt
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery — we cannot process such claims after this window
  • Email us at support@yourstore.com with your order number and photos
  • We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges under the following conditions:
  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for size or colour issues
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact
  • Only one exchange per order is permitted
  • If the desired replacement item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued
  • Shipping costs for exchanges may apply depending on the reason for exchange
