Product availability is subject to stock. In rare cases, products may become unavailable after an order is placed.

We strive for accurate product representation; however, slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing differences.

Simply browse our website, add products to your cart, proceed to checkout, and complete the payment process.

Your order is confirmed only after successful payment verification.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed Monday to Saturday between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM IST. Orders placed after 5:00 PM are processed on the next business day.

Yes. Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Monday to Friday) may qualify for same-day dispatch, subject to stock availability and metro city serviceability.

No. Order processing is paused on Sundays and national public holidays.

Yes. Customized or personalized items may require an additional 2–3 business days before dispatch.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation along with a tracking number via email and/or SMS.

Order Tracking

You can:

  • Use the “Track Order” page on our website.
  • Enter your Order ID or AWB number.
  • Track directly on the courier partner’s website.

Tracking details generally become active within 24–48 hours after dispatch.

Yes. Real-time delivery updates are sent through SMS and email whenever available.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns are accepted only for:

  • Damaged products
  • Defective products
  • Incorrect products received

The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used products
  • Damaged products due to misuse
  • Customized or personalized products

No. If the package appears visibly damaged or tampered with, do not accept delivery.

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Yes, exchanges are available for:

  • Damaged products
  • Incorrect products received
  • Manufacturing defects

Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

No. Exchanges are only available for eligible damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

Failed Delivery & Re-Delivery

The courier will make up to 3 delivery attempts on consecutive business days.

The order will be returned to our warehouse (RTO).

Yes. Returned orders can be re-dispatched upon payment of applicable shipping charges.

Ghazian Home Solutions is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect shipping information provided during checkout.

If delivery is not possible to your location, the order may be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.
